By using ARCANA, the app or this website, you agree to these terms. They are short because the product is small and does very little with you or your data.
ARCANA is made and operated by ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in Haryana, India.
ARCANA has not been released yet. It is coming to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, this website lets you try a browser version of the metronome and the tuner. Features, pricing and availability may change before release, and nothing here is a promise that a particular feature will ship.
The metronome, Rhythm mode and the tuner are free: unlimited, forever, for everyone. There is no daily cap, no countdown, no trial and no locked screen.
Two further modes, Chords and Harmony, are planned for a later release. It covers only those two modes; everything listed above stays free and unlimited either way. They cannot be bought today.
You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. ARCANA collects no data from anyone, including children, so there is nothing we hold about any user of any age. Buying anything through an app store, once purchases exist, is subject to that store's own account and age rules.
ARCANA needs no account and stores your settings only on your device. ARCANA has no server of its own and sends nothing about your practice anywhere. ARCANA contains no purchases and no account of any kind. If a paid feature is ever added, buying or restoring it would go through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and only they would see it. Deleting the app deletes everything it kept. Because we hold nothing, we cannot recover your settings for you, and we cannot see how you use the app.
The tuner asks for microphone access only while it is open, and analyses the sound in real time on your device to detect pitch. Audio is never recorded, stored or transmitted. The same is true of the tuner on this website, which runs in your browser.
Any future purchase will be processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details or your identity. Refunds, billing problems and purchase history are handled by whichever store you bought through, under that store's policy. We cannot issue a refund for a transaction we are not party to. Restoring a previous purchase will be available in the app.
This website is not a way to buy ARCANA. It offers a browser version of the metronome and the tuner so you can try them; Rhythm exists only in the app, and Chords and Harmony will too when they arrive. Any future paid feature could only ever be bought through the App Store or Google Play. The metronome and tuner on this page run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere.
ARCANA's software, sound design, interface, written content and branding belong to ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. Using it does not give you ownership of any of it, or any licence beyond using it yourself. Music you play is yours; we make no claim to anything you practise, record or perform.
ARCANA is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that timing will be exact on every device, or that it will suit any particular purpose. It is a practice tool, not a measurement instrument, and should not be relied on where accuracy has consequences beyond your own practice.
To the extent permitted by law, ARCANA and ONETEN MOBILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. If that does not resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, before a single arbitrator, under Indian arbitration law.

If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use ARCANA after that means you accept the change.
